Troubleshooting methods for device addition failure:

1. Check whether the z-wave hub is compatible with the device.

2. Reset the device and add it again. (Reset: Turn on the switch. Press the button twice quickly and hold the 3rd pressing until the indicator light dims.)

3. If step 2 doesn’t work, do the z-wave exclusion in the app and re-add it.

4. If step 2 and 3 don’t work, please check if the button can turn on or off the device. If it cannot, please tell us.

Please note that pressing the button 3 times is needed to put the device into pairing mode.
